Auto Defrag ?
January 24th, 2020
If you have Windows Vista you can use the default defragger that defrags on background while you do stuff and never worry about defragging. I just thought i threw it out there cuz you mention using 64 bit OS and well XP 64 bit has been known for being bad so your wiser choice is going towards Vista 64bit.

Yes Vista defrags in background automaticly. Its one of the good features it has… Go to Disk Defragment and set it to do it weekly and you wont even notice it. Thats how i have mine and its good. So dont bother with other defragmenters because they are not made by M$ you need to use what M$ made for their own OS.
