open NAT?

and my nat is always on Strict
how can i make it go to open i have enable UPnP
plz help
I’d like to know how to do the same thing, actually. I have a Linksys router, and when I go to UPnP Forwarding, there’s a crapload of options…. Nothing like “Enable UPnP”.
