From the looks of the first one, they’re spring slots over clips, so YES to that one.
The second I’d say are plastic holes over plastic clips, so same thing much waay more gentle!

So I stick it in and push, it clicks and thats it?

looks like you need to “push” both sets with gentile pressure applied to the “split” so you are prying it open as you push the clips
start at 1 end and work your way across
