Cant Open ‘run’ need some help

-Sorry for bad english
‘Run’ is missing from start menu , when i press [windows key] + R it show this error :

i’m the admin of this computer
any clue how to fix? =(

scan for malware with malwarebytes

do you have a restore point from before the prob started
if so use it after you scan

These are Registry hacks mostly likely caused by malicious software.
You could have manually changed it in Regedit, but a System Restore is just as good!
Also, make sure you have a good free antivirus installed (Preferably Microsoft Security Essentials).

I had a similar problem and got it cleared using a free tool RRT( you can google for it).
