i just wonder if its worth keeping my rs account? everytime i try to download, it says file not avail online.
i assume its the copyright issue, and yet they still seem to be avail vis mu/hf etc
Answer #1
I’d ditch it rs is crap now
Answer #2
Change to another file host, there are better now.
Answer #3
Are you renewing? If so, I wouldn’t prefer it. Go for something popular in content “Like FS”
If not, Then you can still download something off RS I guess.

Hi guys,
Well I use Fruity Loops 7 all the time making music, and my problem is that when Im playing back the song, the music often ‘stutters’ and plays very slowly. It also does this when I add a Vst like Nexus. Im am using ASIO4ALL v2.9 drivers, and this still doesnt help. Anyone know how to fix this, or better drivers I can use? Thanks in advance.
Answer #1
I am going to put it down to your specs of your computer, can you give a full list?

Answer #3
Is it on board sound or a sound card?
Answer #4
On board
Answer #5
That might be your issue, I found these pages which might help,
http://support.flstudio.com/knowledgebase/base.php?id=54&ans=26
http://www.flstudio.com/htmlhelp/
check “Underruns & Maximising Performance” on the right near the bottom.
Other than that you might want to invest in a sound card, that should help.
Answer #6
thanks alot for your help. Ive managed to reduce it slighlty, but I will probably need a computer upgrade soon!

How do i extract audio from this type of file…what do i need …???
I’m wanting to make a ringtone from the audio
the video is from this website.
http://g4tv.com/videos/43558/X-Play-1000-Celebration
Answer #1
Firstly you’re gonna want to code your link.
Secondly I use my Xilisoft mp4 converter to convert mpeg2s and flvs to mp3s – which is in effect what you’re wanting to do. You can select a start & end point before converting if you only want a bit of it for your ringtone.
Other methods are available, but this is how I do it.
BTW I use Internet Download Manager to download the flvs in the first place.
Other download managers are available, but they all suck.
Answer #2
I recommend xrecode II. I used it succesfully to extract audio from VOB, MPG, MKV, AVI, MP4 and some other file types I can’t remember now. It claims it can work on FLV but I never tried it out on FLV files. For some reason, every FLV file I ever come across had terrible quality compared to the other video file types. But hey, it won’t hurt to give it a try.
Answer #3
try the freeware Video to Mp3 software. I use that and i use to use their youtube to mp3 software.
Answer #4
You need a multimedia transcoder, like HandBrakehttp://handbrake.fr/
its better.
Its free and open source
even better.
Its cross-platform
a lot better.
Answer #5
if its FLV file, then, you don’t need any of that conversion software..just get “FLV Extract”…its freeware.

Hello boys/girls,
I’m desperate to find the utilities for my Acer Aspire 5940g laptop and it seems I can find them on a site called global-download.acer.com but it requires a user name and password.
How can I have an user name and pass for this site?
Or is there a public user and pass?
I need Acer eRecovery Management
Acer BioProtection
Acer MediaControl Center
Acer Identity Card
Acer Updater
Acer Backup Manager
Many many thanks!

sorry what?
those utilities are not hardware specific. you can download them from anywhere and they will all work/install on your laptop
they are all junkware anyway, you dont need them.

You might want to try
HERE: http://www.notebookforums.com/forum136.html
This site is a help forum specifically for NOTEBOOK COMPUTERS and the link will take you to the “ACER” section. Perhaps there is someone their with the same model, or close, that will upload them for you. It’s an EXCELLENT BOARD & they will help you if they can. GOOD LUCK.
I also posted this over in the OT Forum
