No you can’t do that. You were thinking about cross platforming. You can do PC to PC, PS3 to PS3, Wii to Wii or Xbox 360 to Xbox 360. It maybe be possible in the future though.

Not all games support cross-platform multiplayer. Some of them, however do, and one such example is Portal 2. (B/w PS3 and PC)
PES doesn’t support cross platform play.
