Download Problem from singapore

I am right now living in singapore
I want to download files from file hosting sites such as fileserve or rapidshare etc but they dont allow
and
when I download from torrent it gives me speed only upto 30 – 50 kbps
how can I download files

the torrent problem sounds like you need to forward your router (try google portforwarding)
Try see if you can connect to these sites (fileserve / rapidshare etc.) through www.hidemyass.com
if you can, this means you can use eighter a proxy or VPN to bypass your IPS blocking systems.

I can connect to these sites (fileserve, rapidshare) but i cannot download as it says ur ip is invalid
and for torrent I get very low speed not more than 50 kbps

Try using a VPN
Real-VPN is free at the moment as it’s in beta. Search this section for “free vpn”
