Jailbraking iPod touch 2nd gen 4.1

Hey there some 1 told me that the dev team has released a jb for iPhone 4 3GS and iPod touches that run on 4.1 fw can any 1 confirm this I have had a little google but it sounds like that have but there is problems with

well it has been released.
Are you on 4.1 rite now? cause remember if you update to 4.1 your baseband gets updated which means that you cant unlock it rite now. you can preserve baseband by updating with TSS server.
you can jailbreak your iDevices using Limera1n and Greenpois0n
i hear they still have some issues.

There is no baseband for an iPod Touch and greenpois0n/limera1n don’t work in ipt2g. You’ll need to use redsn0w.

I used redsnow but it seems that it’s a commen problem the wireless won’t work on iPod touch 2nd gen whn jb cydia ia all there and that but no where to use it without Internet Yer I am on 4.1 my friend got it and it came
With 4.1 on it

if you can get it jailbroken then downgrade to 4.0 or even 3.1.3(if the internet won’t work)

Seen a tethered jb but that would get very annoying lol will have to keep a eye open for a proper jb for it

it’s easy to downgrade.
step one. jailbreak
step two get or make custom firmware of a lower firmware and shift click restore using the custom firmware
