Free webservers

ok basically i am looking for some good free webservers to host my sites on. I need it to cover the following points:
– MySql databases
– PHP, HTML, CSS
– PHP mail
– FTP
– Able to use your own domain name
– Ad free
Does anyone know of any servers which cover these points?
