Removing Ping.exe Virus

how can i remove that loving shit ?!
its killin ma PC!

might not be a virus. is cmd.exe running if so kill it !

@Ste: No CMD is running… Malware cleaned them and restarted the PC but after a couple of minutes they appeared again!
