need help plz

hi all i need help is there anything to do to increase upload speed in rapidshare i heard that there is so anybody knows how to increase the upload speed my download speed is 1.5m/s
ans upload is 70kb/s so i am waiting 4 any ideas

first i recomend checking your internet speed by using a prog or web site(goggle internetfrog) and if there is a big diffrence then try loooking for the prog, it might just be your download speed that is afected also are u downloading as a free or premium member ??
