Port forwarding help

I need some help with port forwarding in setting up emule. I cant get ports and so i found out i need to port forward. unfortunately i dont have any clue on how on my Anygate RG-3000A.
Can anyone give me an idiots tutorial?

yeh that site listed by Headucation is perfect, has hundreds of different modems and routers tutorials for port forwarding for heaps of different programs, games or sites
