[SOLVED]Need help windows 7 network

So i reinstalled windows 7 home premium about a week ago because i couldn’t manually remove vmware and
since about 2 days ago my network sharing icon has been havind te loading mini icon for about 5 min and then it says i’m not connected… but i can use internet and everything and also it gives me a message that norton isn’t started nor is windows firewall and when i restart explorer.exe and i click my computer or something else it gives me a message that it’s not possible to open it with a long string of random letters and numbers….
