*urgent* Ebay genuine or scam ?

i was browsing eBay and came across this. can someone please help and tell what this actually is.. because i dont understand the listing.
can you tell me if it is a scam or is genuine Thanks.

it looks fake to me. which guy would sell a plasma for �40 and the postage only for �10.

police sale is like an auction. all the stolen goods which were never given back are in this auction/sale. you get to buy them. if you have �50 lying about why not try it

i do have a spare �50 lying about but i dont know whether to give it a go incase i pay �50 and they said me a poxy email address or something moody.

It looks kinda dodgey to me though! Because he has made all his sales over like 5 days or something lol! And all the buyers are private :
it looks alright to me. he has 100% positive feedback, pay through paypal, its �50 which is not an awful lot to lose.
scam all the people who left feedback have 0 feedback themselvesyep just saw that too. its a scam mate dont do it.
Definitly a scam, all his feedback that has been left are all within 10 minutes of each other, heres 5 of them (They are all like this)

HMMMMMM yeah i just looked and see and they are private so i reckon they could have an account creator or something. interesting

Yeah he does have 100% feedback.. But that 120 feedback have come today and yesterday .. and �50 is still alot of money to lose OR pay for a moody email address or something like that
