Computer shutdown probs(Solved)

Just had some major upgrades to my rig,the problem is when i try to shutdown the pc it just reboots,any help welcome cheers.

Thanks its sorted.One of those links helped me to fix it.It was a usb hub causing the pc to reboot,the prob only happens when its plugged into the motherboard usb and not the external usb ports,so cheers for the help man.
