which softwere use plz tell to me

i have one doubt making one movie video
i have 2 scenes with two different movies ……..i want to cut those two scens from that 2 movies and fix these both in one frame with motion ……..
if anybody know plz tell me and how we will do which option we will use to do this

from what you have posted i am guessing that you want to have two different clips playing at the same time with some motion effect to them. in that case i would probably recommend adobes after effects it should do the job but takes up alot of system resources and is a bit complicated to use

Adobe Premiere, the most preferred software for video editing/cutting. You surely have to follow some tutorials before stating to use it.
