Programming help

hi all i’m here in a time of need,
i’m having this Visual Basic course, and i need help with one of the assignments.

WELL JUST upload an image to the prog reandomn click and counter clockwise the pic and your done i would upload mine but everytime i close it starts over

well i didnt understand nothing of it i just dl the puzzle and thats it i thought he just needed a puzzle

The puzzle is an example of what he has to make with visual basic. Im currently trying but I dont know much of VB and google isn’t helping me much. The files contain quite good info but I don’t know Hebrew.

K, it took me very long time in VB2008 (except for VB6 dont have any other). I haven’t done everything and there is a piece of code I ripped from the original application (decompiled it). Here you go:
