email problem

ok i have looked everywhere but i cannot find a program that will do this.
on my pc i use outlook 2003,and all my emails and contacts are in it.
what i want to do is get a web based email system like yahoo,aol or hotmail.
the problem is that i have over 500,000 emails in total,and outlook is getting slugish plus i dont want emails on my pc any more.i just want it to be simple and searchable in a web browser.
any advice on how to get all my emails and contact into a web based mail client.
i would like yahoo over anything! hotmail or gmail or aol would be great to!

Its quite easy.
Make a gmail account and login.
Once logged in click settings and than Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Somehwere down there is something about imap check if its enabled if not enable it and save settings.

If done properly it creates a new folder in outlook 2003 now just simply drag and drop everything from your inbox to the gmail inbox.
