JDownloader problem

Hi, I’ve got problem with JDownloader. He restarts my computer after only several seconds of using it, so just when I past links into not during downloading. I don’t know if I need to update JDownloader, because every time I start it, it tells that there is 290 updates available. Thanks in advance.

Heya Nikola.
This happened to a few people after they screwed up the xmas update. Delete all the files, redownload from their site and start it.

It actually shows me blue screen, after which I can only restart my PC. Should I update JDownloader?

Deinstall the old prog. by just deleting the folder.
Go to the original Website: http://jdownloader.org/download/index
and download the newest version.
Be carefull about other dl-sources!

Well I downloaded from:
http://jdownloader.en.softonic.com/download
But I don’t think that’s the reason why it crashes.
