Sticky Notes not found in windows 7 Ultimate

I have windows 7 Ultimate 64x(MICROSOFT WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE +SP1 X64 RTM (UNTOUCHED)) and i look for sticky nnotes and i did not find it why??
is this means that the opareting system has bee modefied from the uplaoder?

If you don’t have it in accesories well this is possible to be deleted by uploader.

start menu -> programs -> accessories
is my locations of sticky notes.
btw it isnt a gadget if thats what you thought if not then ignore this bit :p

Use WinKey + R to bring up the Run dialog.
Type:
C:\Windows\System32\StikyNot.exe
Press {ENTER}
If the file is not found, you could try running the System File Checker.

Press Winkey + R and type “StikyNot.exe” (without the quotes).
