Please can you upload image

Im having real trouble printing the above link. No matter what I select adobe will only print one page with some of hte stuff on rather than the 4 pages its spread over.
Could someone change in a pic or doc so that when I print the PDF out that it actually prints to scale and all of it.

Download Foxit and try it with that.
