Watching Daily Rapidshare Download Limit

Hi All
Is there a piece of software that will show the total size of my daily downloads from Rapidshare with a premium account so as not to go over the daily limit.
Alos can someone tell me what the daily limit is please.
It’s so easy to get carried away on this site.

Download flashget and use that to download from rapidshare – that shows how much you have downloaded.

There isn’t a daily limit per say, the limit is 25GB/5 days and the amount that you have downloaded in the past 5 days is always displayed in the premium zone so a software is superfluous. Good luck mate ^_^
