Scanned it from a gaming magazine from benelux. It’s dutch but I think it speaks for itself.
In the yellow box from left to right:
The low budget configuration (cheap but still quite do able) -> Mid range configuration (most of the games are playable @ medium+ settings)-> High end configuration (Future investment).

Looks alright, but nothing amazing. Don’t think you need 4 gigs of RAM either
If its cheap I would go for 2GB and spend the extra on a better processor or graphics card.
