It’s an MP3 already, so this makes little sense. Using this method you can check if a soundfile that is supposed to be LOSSLESS (like FLAC) is really so. Here you can see most frequencies above 16000 are cut off. But it’s impossible to say if this MP3 is made from an original source or from another MP3.

Looking at it right off the bat I would say it’s not transcoded but I’m not an expert in this. Pretty sure it’s just a direct CD rip though
