Using smartFTP to upload website

January 26th, 2020

Hello,
I have done everything to upload my website (bought domain name, web host, saved file as html), however it is not working. I am using smartFTP however, when i get to the very end of the process it keeps coming up with this:
550 index.html: No such file or directory
Does anybody know why it is not recognising the file?? I have logged in with my hosting account through smartFTP correctly, however it is not working. Can anybody help please???
