rapid share manager

im not sure if anyone can help-worth a try
our internet has been down since friday morning,virgin media
have been working on it-connection seems fine now.
thing is now my rapid share won`t download now.i have my premium account details in there,but nothing happens.it was fine before my isp went
down.my bf`s wont work either(same house)any ideas?
and pls don`t reply saying dont use it use blah blah,coz im sticking with R.S

So you have a premium account and you loged in to your account with IE…Direct download is set to enabled?
You can rule out Virgin Media as I’m with them and not having any problems..

If that does not work you can always reinstall or contact your ISP about it, maybe they blocked rs?

im going in thru my rapid share manager not i.e and ive not changed anything…
oh i see what you mean.i went to my account now thru i.e
Direct downloads, requested files are saved without redirection via RapidShare
wasn`t ticked-but it never has been.still dont work
okay i`ll try and reinstall it then.cant understand whats gone wrong

Have you tried jDownloader? I’m using it right now. it works nonstop for..days without a problem.
It’s one of the best so you should give it a try. http://jdownloader.org:8080/

Yea..What I’m getting at is to try the simple way trough your browser and see if everything is working properly before using any upload/download manager…

yeah sorry-everything in my account seems fine.like i say ive not changed anything
i shall try and redownload r.s failing that i guess i`ll have to contact them
EDIT: redownloaded it still wont move
i can upload but not download
i have another month left on my account-i just dont know what to do now

Looks like RS manager does not work for me neighter.
Maybe somethink with RSM is wrong
