Help for Developing RS, MU, and HF Application

I need someone to help me about where to start for developing RS, MU, and HF applications like RUM, RS2RS.
A search a lot at google but found nothing helpful…If you know any site or pdf book regarding this kindly tell me.

first you need to learn the basics and more advanced parts of programming so I suggest you to get a book about visual basic from the ebooks section and start learning it, although it will probably take months and months (or even years) before you’ll ever write a program like darkimmortal’s RUM

Why not trying to download an open-source application that is used with RS. Read the code and follow it up.
