help wit vso converted x 2 dvd

y every time i used convert x 2 dvd. my movies all wayz converted then wen it tie 2 burn it say cd burner is dirty n medium power callibortion is it the program messing up

i not sure if this will hewlp but try making it into a dvd folder or disc image then burn with nero
