[Solved] .. the name of this (Jewish & Well known) SONG

Hello; I’ve been searching for a while now for the title & artist of the song being played in the added fragment below.
The fragment is one from the Movie “I now pronounce you chuck & larry (2007)” and so there are a few backgroundnoises during the fragment.
The song itself is Jewish (I think) but everybody will most defenitly recognize the melody; let’s just hope some of you will also know the title/artist !
