How to break the cd protection

I’ve bought a video cd of songs and when I put it on my DVD drive it says ” REMOVE THIS CD FROM YOUR DVD DRIVE OR YOUR SYSTEM WILL BE DAMAGED”
I didn’t remove it and it reboot my PC. so how can I open this cd?

It is a simple CD of video songs and It is supposed to be played on DVD or VCD player(not PC) and I forgot to say one thing It says “”””PIRATE NO””””

so the CD is legitimate…. hmm try turning your AutoRun off for your DVD drive, and then put the cd in, once you do that, open it up and have a look at what files are in there that make your computer shut itself down
