How can I program a fake usb flash drive ?

it is simple question how it is possible to create fake size USB flash drive ..plese note that i am ask for educational purpose only :

this is very difficult to do as you will need to modify the file system on the pen drive so that it reports as being larger than it is, you will need a hex editor, linux and intricate knowledge of the FAT or NTFS file system, none of which i am paticularly familiar with

i think it is possible with batch code file .because i am sure recently i seen a malware/spyware suspicious file that make my flash 50 GB actual is only 4 GB …………..

I remember a load of these faked size USB sticks going around on ebay for about �30, when a real 32GB one would cost more like �100.
