Does anyone here speak Russian? [SOLVED]

I’m trying to download Rhozet Carbon Coder 3.16.00.24320 from a Russian website:

But I can’t figure out how to download it from there.

Second page enter the four numbers in the box then click button next to it.
Third page click button on lefthand side just above the 60
wait 60 seconds for the download.
