Ripping 8GB DVD

Hi !,
I have recently got access to some all time popular Indian Television Series. However the complete collection is burnt on 8 GB DVD.
Need help, please suggest the best way for ripping the DVD in following formats:
1. 1 or 2 4.7 GB DVD
2. AVI Format
3. Any other suitable format
Need the solution urgently as I have access to these DVDs for a limited time

Well in the past i have used DVDShrink to delete unnecessary stuff and make dual layered movies fit in DVD5 discs. I would suggest DVD Shrink for when it rips you can set it to rip everything and than decide what to keep or not to keep like delete extras or languages or subtitles, then just burn with Nero.

Thanks for the suggestion . I have tried this software, the only problem I faced with this was it detects ISO error too often and doesn’t process the information

get any dvd and clone dvd 2 both made by slysoft , works best for me and very easy , i say use this because i have tryed every other app for doing this job
