song from the oc?

i have just watched the last episode of the 2nd season of the oc and their is a song on that episode which i really like, it is used when they are driving caleb’s hurst and during his funeral, the same song is also used at the end of the episode after tre has been shot. the song was also used for a lost advert on uk sky one not to long ago.
