Service pack 2 error

When i try to install it, it gives this error::
The requested section was not present in the activatio context.
I click ok, it closes…. Whats going on?

You’ll need to install a Hotfix. However, in order to get it you’ll need to contact Microsoft. You can do it via this form:
https://support.microsoft.com/contactus2/emailcontact.aspx?scid=sw;[LN];1414&from=KBHotfix&WS=hotfix
Submit it and get your hotfix. It will let you install SP2. Good luck mate^_^
