Can companies take action against me for using nulled script

What possible actions they can take?
Are they able to find out whether i am using nulled script or they tend to think that I have paid for it?

If it’s properly nulled they won’t be able to detect that you’ve not actually bought their script.
Although they usually issue warnings if they find out, telling you to take down the site.
It really depends on the script and it’s makers.
So the max they could do is issue warnings?
If you tried a nulled script and you decide that you like it and you want to continue to use it, just pay the bucks. In the long run, peace of mind is worth it. Remember, stolen food taste good going down, but in the end it rots in the stomach.

use of nulled anything is copyright infringement so yes of course the owner could take legal action against you
The one i would stay away from is some badly nulled vbulletin scripts. They usually in someway track many people with nulled vbulletins and ask them to take it down. However, i have never seen anyone being sued or something serious like that with nulled scripts.
They may however contact your host and tell them to remove your site. But if you have a private offshore server, this can be avoided.
