I need help with Hide my ip Platium!

Hi i have hide my ip platium and i want to use it to hide my ip from another forum that has banned my ip it says ip in china etc and when i go on the forum that my ip is banned from im site cant access the forum it works on my brothers computers which has the same software and stuff im am currently running Windows Vista Ultimate on a dell pc.

Your most likely using Wireless. Most of the time you need a direct connection as your Router automatically assigns you an IP.

its better just to get a proxy Ip and a proxy Port and use that but internoption connection and LAN setting

Just use proxy from your browser’s direct proxy connection. Get a good free proxy, there are plenty of lists out there. Then just connect to it using your browser. For example in Firefox click on Tools–>Options–>Advanced–>Network–>Setting–>Manual Proxy Configuration. This will connect you to a proxy server. Here are a few proxy lists:
http://www.samairproxy.com/
http://www.samair.ru/proxy/
http://proxy-list.org/en/index.php
There are also sites out there that allow you to easily connect to proxy but you have to serf through them to keep your IP hidden. Here are a couple of them:
http://www.letshide.com
http://www.hidemyass.com

i have firefox when im on Manual Proxy Configuration i typed in the first link you gave me then i tryed to go on a web-site with firefox and it doesnt work. any help lol

No, you need to go to one of the websites I gave you and use one of the proxy servers there. The sites I gave you are proxy lists. This is a proxy:
64.68.119.151: 80
