Please Help Virus spyware

I used many softwares to fix this threat but this just keep on reoccuring …. I would really appreciate if someone could help me .. Thanx in advance !!

Install NOD32 & uninstall AVG
NOD32 from here :

And just in case you get confused about how to do things, i’ll give you the instructions.
1.Extract the files. You will get two files.
2.Install by double clicking “eav_nt32_enu”. After it finishes the installation, it will open the anti-viruses window so close it.
3.Double click “G.R_ESET.BREAK.v1.0” and install it.
4.Go back to the NOD32 window ( you’ll find it in the right bottom corner ) then go to “Update -> Update virus signature database” And leave it to finish updating then you’re good to go
5.After installing NOD32 – Start your system on safe mode and do a full scan with NOD32
6. Start your system normally download and install WinASO

And do a registry cleaning + defragment

Dwnload the current version of Hijack This from here. http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/hijackthis/HJTInstall.exe
Double click and run the installer. It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run. Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
