Why is my downloading slow?

Right now I am downloading from Rapidshare, on my premium account, but the speed doesn’t exceed 300 kb/s, my highest is usually 800 kb/s zone.
It is going really slow, I have no software running, but for some reason when my Internet starts going slow, but resumes normal it still stays the same speed.
Anyone know if there is a way to fix this?

Have you downloaded a lot this month? If so you’re ISP may have capped your speeds.

Well I only purchased the account last week, and in total I think I’ve downloaded about 6GB.
But my limit is 30GB

Do you actually ever get 800kb/s? For example when you download from other sources do you get your high speed. If you don’t then it looks like 300kb/s is your highest

Bandwidth affected by heavy serverload, try tweak your internet connection, it might help a bit..
Download from RS without internet booster was about 100 to 115kbps
with internet booster increased to between 400 and 500kbps, if downloaded from MU, it boosted to 600kbps or more
Full speed internet booster is one software what I using now.. so, it can be found in Application if you use search them

It’s Dependant on various things, for example peak load times, ISP capping ect You won’t always be getting your maximum speed.
