are they legal? me and a friend are thinking about making an amazingly high download speed site with loads accounts with LOADS of GB’s to download off of for this site…however i just wanna know if they are legal to do? any help would be awesome

Yes it is,if you use offshore host,or host where its allowed but RS/MU do not allow it

okay thanks but what does that mean from a RS side of it? like would the site be shut down? less serious? more serious?
