Burning a movie onto DVD?

August 6th, 2016

Hi members of !
-I remember my trip back in hong kong once, while walking around one of these streets packed with people who sell illegal merchandise. I bought myself an illegal copy of a DVDrip of kung fu panda (great quality).
However there were no MENUS when i played the disc in my regualr dvd player, it went straight to the movie.
How can i burn a DVD with no menus/screen selections etc.
-Currently using ConvertXtoDVD. Also tried NERO. But for some STRANGE reason i require 2 discs (4.3GB x 2) to burn a movie which was originally in AVI (700MB) because after conversion, the file size is significantly larger. WHY WHY WHY cant the movie fit in 1 DVD like the ones we see everyday in the high street stores???
OR AM I JUST BEING A STUPID NOOBY AGAIN ASKING IDIOTIC QUESTIONS HERE?? help is much appreciated!

Have you tried unchecking “don’t create title menu for single video” which is in settings/menu?
Also in settings look at your target size. It should be DVD 5 (4300mb)

As opposed to a legal copy of the DVDrip? In all seriousness, though, try ‘s advice. A while ago when I burned movies that did it for me.
