Cant upgrade to iphone 3.0 firmware

i have a 3G jailbroken iphone and i downloaded the firmware 3.0 from wbb but everytime i try and upgrade i get the same error..
“The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occured (10)”
Any ideas why?

Are you pressing Upgrade or Restore?
Do you have iTunes 8.2?
I recommend upgrading only after the iPhone Dev team have confirmed it is safe to do so and that the latest software is jailbreakable / unlockable / whatever-you-want-able

im pressing Shift + Restore then selecting my 3.0 firmware
and no im not on itunes 8.2, will install that now
