Compare 2 folders for duplicated fonts

I have an organized font collection folder and other folder with lots of more fonts, I don�t wanna merge the folders and overwrite the duplicated fonts, instead I am looking for a way (an app) for checking both folders and then tell me which fonts are duplicated, so I can choose from which folder I want to erase the font.
Any one has a solution for this problem???

A little app called WMatch 2 can do that. It displays both folders and highlights the differences. Good luck mate ^_^

Do you happen to have such app?? I�ve been searching for it but it is only available thru PCMAg and have to pay for it. Ypur help will be appreciated.
