psp help 3.10

Hi I currenly have version 3.10 OE-A on my psp and i want upgrade it to 3.71.
Do I have do downgrade my psp to 1.50 first or can i just upgrade to 3.52 and then to 3.71?
Can any1 help me?

well, i think its in the tools. sorry i cant tell you exactly how because my psp is bricked.
