Problems with Prototype

Hi there, recently I have formatted my PC installed latest DX + video drivers and ehm I’m constantly getting low fps in prototype no matter what video settings I use and with my rig I shouldn’t even be going under 60 fps at all what so ever.
Spec: i7 2,66ghz processor OC’d to 4ghz, 6gb DDR3 ram, vista 64 bit and I’m using a Gforce 260 GTX so imo it shouldn’t be running slow at all.
Anyone else know what might fix it? =/

Is prototype the only program running slowly?

hmm well other vista has been running rather slow lately not sure why; formatted like 8 hours ago before I dl’d prototype and installed it.
WoW seems to be running at 50-60 constant fps atm havent gotten any other games installed to try out but my computer has been running rather slow lately even tho the specs are quite way above average

prototype seems to have problems with vista…here it lags a little but nothing too bad…but the sound is VERY low even when maxed out ingame and all
