print screen –> paste in paint –> save as screenshot.png –> upload to ~ Dead file host ~ or tinypic.com
You can use a freeware tool like Image Grabber 2 to take screen shots of movies. Then you need to upload it to an image host like Tinypic or Photobucket. Both are free to use and upload to. If you want to rip movies and CDs etc to upload to Rapidshare that is a whole other story.
