NTSC Region doubt

I bought a NTSC-J xbox 360 console. I want to know whether all NTSC disc would work on my console. I know that NTSC-U discs will never work…………The reason I ask this doubt cos in all 360 game torrents it is specified just as NTSC and not as NTSC-J or NTSC-U……….Please clarify this doubt..

Well, first of all, wrong section of the forum. Second, dude, you should’ve done some research before buying an NTSC-J console coz 360 is region locked, and it’s gonna be REAL PAIN for you to find NTSC-J games, so good luck with that.
When they say “NTSC” they mean NTSC/US, and unfortunately, they won’t work (as you have stated).
The only real good thing for you is REGION FREE games, and these days most of the 360 games are region free, but some really good games from EA and a few other publishers are region locked
Also, it’s always recommended to run your ISOs through abgx360 (google it) before burning. You might just end up saving a few DL coasters or region locked games
