C&C Generals game not working for me

I got C&C: Generals serial number got the original game but CD is fxcked up.
So i used the software from here:

I did as the instruction said:
Mount Iso And Install Game ,[DO NOT START]
with my own serial code
Open patch Folder And Run 1.7 update.exe
Copy Files From crack folder To Game Folder
and i tried to play… can’t read the message but its technical difficulties.
Anyone who can help me plz

without the message it’s not that simple…
sure you copied the entire crack? i believe with generals you also still need the insert one of the images, but that was with the crack i had a few years ago.

OK , whats your OS , and just what is it doing when you try and start .That crack has been solid with that game and you do not need a cd inserted
