Spyware & Viruses ?

My laptop is infected with many spyware and some viruses :S
Which software’s do you recommend i use to remove both spyware and viruses?

For the spyware I’d recommend Malwarebytes Anti Malware or SUPERAntiSpyware
For viruses I’d go with Kaspersky, BitDefender or Norton(in this order)
