Cod 2 error

Ok my friend just came from school and we wanted to play cod 2 mp so he opened it and he got this error
FatalError error during initialization: Failed to initialize renderer:version mismatch
I send him sp crack and my CoD2MP_s.exe file but still doesnt work if anyone could upload theirs CoD2MP_s.exe(v.1.3) please do it
note: he is v 1.3 same as me

if your both using the same key it wont work because cod2 actully do something about this and they can detect it so theirfore you 2 cant play at the same time. Plus the crack may be suedby someone else which to will not allow you to play cod2.

Dude we playing on cracked servers
Btw he tried to start cod 2 mp just by running game from folder (he usually joins server via xfire)
Idc just give damn exe he is nervous
